All rates are month to month and space availability is subject to review each month.

Units using more than 50 amps will be subject to rate increase.
* Rates include lodging and all other applicable taxes.
* Long-Term guests – The first month’s payment will be $525. Your second month will be pro-rated. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
